Application methods:
Suggested dosage: JYK HYALU: 3-6% weight ratio to fabric;
It is generally recommended to use padding process for application:
Example: Fabric: Polyester fabric;
Use process:
1. Padding method:
JYK HYALU recommended dosage: 30-60 g/L;
Padding (padding liquid ratio: 80%) → drying: at 100-120℃ ×for 1-3 minutes.
2. Impregnation method:
JYK HYALU recommended dosage: 3-6% weight ratio to fabric;
Bath ratio: 1:10-15; Temperature: 40-60℃;
Soaking: 20 minutes → dehydration → drying.
Precautions:
Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility of various additives.
Packing:
25kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
